MAH Development, Inc. (a California Corporation) is a real estate development company in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.  MAH specializes in land development and building new residential for-sale, rental, commercial  and mixed-use housing,  and provides remodeling and commercial tenant improvement services. We believe in developing homes that respond well to homebuyers’ desire to maximize value while maintaining aesthetic appeal and high quality.

The company has in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and have developed and marketed hundreds of homes throughout California. The firm specializes in creating both small and large scale single and multi-family developments from entry level multifamily housing and commercial/mixed-use, to move-up and custom homes.

Michael A. Howl, President

Mike has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry.  He has held senior management positions with several prominent California homebuilders and developers, most recently as Vice President and Partner at YCH Communities LLC in Pleasanton, CA.  Mike has experience in all aspects of the real estate industry: land acquisition and entitlement, sales, design, construction, finance, marketing, and company management. He began his real estate career as a marketing consultant for national real estate consulting advisory firms, specializing in markets in California and the Southwest United States.  Mike is a Licensed California General Contractor (Lic#913049), California Real Estate Broker (Lic#01835871) and a MIRM Candidate (Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing from NAHB). He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and studied for his MBA at the University of Southern California and San Diego State University. He is also a graduate of the Stanford Executive Education Summer Program.   Mike is also a member of the 2009 Class of the Leadership San Ramon Valley program (www.lsrv.org).
